On January 29, 2006 ABC-TV journalist Bob Woodruff suffered a traumatic brain injury when the vehicle he was traveling in was hit by a bomb in Iraq. After 13 months of surgeries and rehabilitation, he returned to tell his story. But he also told the story of many Iraq War veterans who return home with brain injuries, sometimes undetected and therefore untreated. What could have been just a tragedy has become an opportunity for Woodruff to fight for Iraq War veterans with brain injuries, many of whom don't get the care and rehabilitative services they so desperately need.

Information about an arrest made by local authorities in Fresno, Ca for a man accused of allegedly murdering his three month old son.

Robert Quiroz was summoned home from his first tour in Iraq when his wife died shortly after giving birth to their newborn son in August, 2006. He started to take care of Roman, the newborn and his older daughter, a todder Kylie, 18 months old.

Last Sunday was the first time he was left with both children. Roman, three months old was taken to a local hospital that afternoon and died later that evening.

DZRH was the fourth commercial radio station to operate in Manila. Before it was called KZRH. It remains as the only surviving radio station in the country.
